About my agency

Following many different experiences in various kind of activity (interior decorator, country club manager, flower decorator , organic farmer, writer) I started working on Short Lets in 1994. At the time it was not usual to obtain the authorization to rent private apartment to unknown peoples.

My old firm ,we were two partners at the time, ceased operating last may, therefore I did start with a new individual firm on my own.
The enthusiasm is the same it was when I first started to work on short lets. More difficult now as many firm are working on short rent.

But I have the precious help of Javier, Silvia and Lorena who did work for me in my old firm taking care of the apartments and giving all their help in emergencies. And that makes the difference with other firm. I take charge of all the needs of the tenants during their stay .

I have a vast selection of apartment. Most families on vacation prefer to rent an apartment instead of a stay in a hotel. More privacy, more space, less cost. But also people coming for working reasons often prefer that solution.

Most of the apartments are located in the historical center, and Monti and Trastevere areas : a few minutes walking distance from the most beautiful setting and from my office, now located in Via Sistina, close to Spanish Steps .My desk is outside in the terrace during spring and fall, and by the fireplace in winter.

I also have apartments to rent in Parioli residential area, more quiet ,and provided of very good bus transport to the center of the town. The offer is based on a large selection from luxury apartments to very basic ones, from apartments provided of many sleeping rooms till tiny cosy studios. All of them are provided of linen, towels and kitchen wares.

I suggest to be very careful in reading the apartments informations where the existence of internet, washing machine, lift, telephone, tv , is quoted

Not all of our apartments are provided of authomatic watering, so some times we have to ask our tenants to rose the terrace. But, if needed, I can send some of my staff to take care.
During the whole stay I am in touch with tenants to help for any inconvenient might occur , providing urgent plummer service, electric team repair, dish washer and washing machine and air conditioning assistance service.

The firm says SHORT ,but I can rent some of the apartments also for much longer periods.
