Tourist information
We are at disposal to answer any question that might arise not included in the apartment info.
For example, how far is the apartment from supermarket, transport, restaurant, police office, bank,museum .
We can provide an explicatory map to clarify the informations needed

Baby Bedding & Furniture
We can provide extra fan, baby crib, high chair for children.

Car Rent & Shuttle service
We are in touch with a firm of rent car services to pick up our tenants at the airport and bring them to our apartments.In front of the building some of our staff will be waiting to let them in ,give the keys and provide a few explanations at check in . They can take our tenants during their sejourn to touristic trip around italy or back to the airport at depart.

Check-in Service
Some of us will be waiting front door of the apartment. In case of delay we only ask to call our staff mobil to let them know the delay length. For check in after 6 pm or during week end or holidays an extra payment of 30,00 euro is requested.In case of late check in we can meet the tenant the day after to have the contract duly signed

Check-out Service
The day before the check out we read the utilities counter to receive the payment. Usually cash.
The check out can happen during the day.

Cleaning Service
We can provide cleaning service at the cost of 10,00 euro per hour for no less than two hours.
Our Staff can take away linnen and towels to be washed and bring them back washed and ironed at the cost of 4.00 Euro per kilo

Baby sitting
We can provide baby sitting service.

Tourist guide
We can suggest tourist guide.

Assistance & Repair team
We are at disposal during the sejourn for any inconvenient or mal function in the apartment. We can send urgently, if needed, plummer, air conditioner technicians, washing machine and dishwasher repair team.

Most of all
We are on reach for emergency, extra office hours, any time through ours mobil.
